Office2019,2016,365やらたくさん何度もインストールして､PCデータにゴミが残っている状態に陥ることがあると思います｡(私はあります)
その場合例えば2019のプロダククトキーで認証を行おうとしても、2019が入っているにもかかわらず365の方で認証が掛けられてはじかれてしまうことが起こります｡
その場合はレジストリエディタにて以下のファイルを削除します｡
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Office
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OfficeするとOffice関連のファイルを削除できます｡
まれにCommonというフォルダが削除できずに残ることがありますが､問題にはならないようです｡
